3 Year Anniversary!

Yesterday it was Jerry and I's anniversary and I HATE that I don't have a camera!!! It's coming :) sooon..... Anyways....Jerry is so so so good to me. He is my best friend.....and it's so nice to have someone that makes me want to be better every day. He is patient and kind and I don't think it's possible for him to have a bigger heart, because it is bursting out of his chest, he would drop anything to help anyone in their time of need. He is hillarious and he is all mine and that makes ME the luckiest girl in the world. It seems like just yesterday we were dating , and now look.....3 years of marriage and a toddler later..... :)I love him more than ever. He makes the life journey exciting and fun...sure we have our "moments" as all married couples do... but at the end of the day....I look at him lying next to me and thank my heavenly father for all that I have and all that's to come, and I thank him for trusting me with Jerry's heart, It is the possession that I hold more dear to me than anything else on this earth. Happy Anniversary my Hubba :)!

Mesa Weekend

Jerry had never been to a pro game before so I had gotten him tickets to the Braves and Diamondbacks game for his birthday. He is OBSESSED with the Braves....It was so so SOOOOOO much fun....That stadium was awesome....And to top it off the Braves won. WOO HOO!!!!

The reason my husband looks like a lion, is because he is ACTUALLY the lion in the Wizard of Oz and they made him grow out his hair and beard. I love it....and by "love it" I mean "Hate it" :) But it's all for the art right? ha ha :) He is HILLARIOUS in the part.

We also got to spend a little time with my mom and sister Dani which is always so great. I'm bummed because I didn't have a camera when they were around but oh well....We got to Mesa late thursday night, then spent Friday during the day with my mom and sister...then went to the game (they watched Cohen). We came back home (and when I say "home" I mean my grandpa's place...he wasn't there...but he let us crash at his new lil winter home :). On Saturday my mom and Dani left for Florida, and Jerry and I spent the day together walkin around ASU

Later that night we had dinner with my Uncle John and Aunt Barb. They let us swim and lets just say it was the absolute high light for Cohen!!!! He had a ball!

It was very hard to come back to real life. We needed the getaway :) and finally, it's that time of month again (okay that didn't sound right.....)

COHEN IS 16 MONTHS OLD!!

He has mastered the word "please" in sign language...funny it's the only word we taught him in sign language and it's the only word we will not SAY! :) But it sure is dang cute. Other than that word he is our little parot, copying everything we say.

He has learned to close the door and frustrates himself when he can't open it up again.

He is getting super independent at eating time....hardly wants me to touch anything....he's really startin to get the hang of using utencils....now getting him to use the right SIDE of the utencil is another thing. :)

He did get sick again a few weeks ago...had the flu real bad. Couldn't keep ANYTHING down...and maintained a super high fever and the "runs" he has since gotten better...and we are GREATFUL

His 1st molar broke through which puts us at 9 teeth!

He is starting to stand on things to get to OTHER things i.e the phone or anything type of technology for that matter.

And he is just full of loves and laughter and a few tantrums but it sure is fun to watch those wheels turn as he is learning everyday. He is such a sweetheart. Bedtime is my favorite time of day...not because he's going to bed, but because he will snuggle with me while I read him a story and we say our prayers (Which he folds his arms and says Amen!!!!It is dang cute) and then we sing our songs and he knows it's time to be quiet and he lays his head on my shoulder and till I'm done. It's this moment every night that though it's hard to make ends meet at the moment.....I'm reminded that I have it all.
